The sole petitioner who is in custody since 29.2.2016 in Jhajha P.S. Case No. 215 of 2015 registered for the offence under Section 341, 323, 324, 504, 506/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code has prayed for grant of bail.

By way of referring to the F.I.R. learned counsel for the petitioner submits that informant and petitioner are close relative and there was land dispute in between the parties. He further submits that save and except offences under Section 324 of the Indian Penal Code all other sections are bailable. Keeping in view the nature of accusation as well as

No.40838 of 2016 (2) dt.30-09-2016 2/2 the fact that there was land dispute in between the parties and petitioner is in custody since 29.02.2016, let the petitioner Kuldeep Yadav be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand ) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jamui / concerned court in connection with Jhajha P.S. Case No. 215 of 2015.
