The present petition has been filed for compliance of the order dated 02.05.2018 passed in CWJC No. 1184 of 2017. As per the show cause filed on behalf of the opposite party no. 4, a reasoned order has been passed on the order of the Vice Chancellor which has been signed by the Registrar vide memo no. 13/1958 dated 12.10.2019 (Annexure- A to the show cause).
