JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 29-01-2018 Counsel for the petitioner prays that with respect to the cancellation of his leave of 201 days by the impugned order dated 11.10.2014 bearing no. 2077 of 2014 he would make a fresh consolidated representation before the respondent no. 1, Deputy Inspector General of Police, at Shahabad Range, Dehri-on-sone. He submits that in support of his claim for sanctioning the leave of 33 days for the period of absence i.e., between 29.05.2014 to 01.07.2014 he has reliable medical documents/certificates and that he would place the same along with his application for consideration before the respondent no. 1.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the writ petition is

Patna High Court CWJC No.43 of 2015 dt.29-01-2018 2/2 disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to raise his aforesaid claim by making a consolidated representation along with a copy of this order within two weeks from today. Upon such application being made the respondent no. 1, the Deputy Inspector General of Police, at Shahabad Range, Dehri-on-sone will be obliged to consider the same and pass a reasoned and speaking order within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed off.
