The petitioner submits that there is a case and counter case in which his father was injured and died subsequently. He further submits that there is no specific allegation against him. In the facts of the case, in the event of arrest/surrender, let the petitioner as mentioned above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in Paharpur Police station Case No. 155 of 2015, GR case no. 2706 of 2015.
