JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 26-09-2018 Mr. Sandeep Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present writ petition in view of the subsequent developments which took place with liberty to challenge the resolution taken in the special meeting held on 02.08.2018 wherein no confidence motion against the Chairman and the Vice-Chairman, Darbhanga has failed.

Patna High Court CWJC No.16010 of 2018 (3) dt.26-09-2018 2/2 Learned counsel for Zila Parishad has filed a counter-affidavit. However, he raises no objection to the prayer for withdrawal of the writ petition.

Leave is granted.

The writ petition is disposed off.

The petitioner would be at liberty to challenge the resolution dated 02.08.2018 taken in the special meeting held by the elected members of the Zila Parishad, Darbhanga by way of filing another writ petition on amongst others the grounds taken in the present writ petition.
