28.08.2015 The Petitioner seeks cancellation of bail granted to the Opposite Party No. 2 vide order dated 25.11.2014 passed by Additional Sessions Judge-I, Jehanabad in B.P. No. 685 of 2014 in connection with Ghosi P.S. Case No. 157 of 2014 on the ground that he had been wrongly released on bail and also submits that after grant of bail he has been threatening the Petitioner.

Since these are matters of inquiry, I see no reason for cancellation of bail to the Opposite Party No. 2. The Application stands dismissed.
