The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered under Sections 461 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
Some mobile phones are said to have been stolen from the mobile shop of the informant by some unknown miscreants and during the course of investigation petitioner was found using said mobile phone which was recovered from the possession of the petitioner.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has no concern with the aforesaid occurrence. By filing the receipt it is further submitted that one Gaffar Dewan had kept the

No.57912 of 2019(3) dt.16-11-2019 2/2 aforesaid mobile with the petitioner in lieu of taking Rs.1000/- for the treatment of his mother and petitioner had no knowledge that the aforesaid mobile is stolen one and in the meantime said mobile was seized from the possession of the petitioner by the police. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Bagaha, West Champaran in connection with Semara P.S. Case No. 10 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Prakash Chandra Jaiswal, J) mantreshwar/- U T
