The petitioner has prayed for the following relief(s):- "For issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus directing/ commanding the respondents authority to pay the differential amount of salary from 15th January 2014 to December, 2015 in the pay scale of Rs.37,000-67,000/- with grade pay of Rs.9,000/- (i.e. in pay scale of Associate Professor/Reader) with up to date panel interest @ 12% from due date till date of payment in the light of judgment/order passed by this Hon'ble Court in case of Dr. Srikant Sharma (CWJC No.18037/2010), Dr. Mansoor Alam (CWJC No.18198/2010) & Dr. Shyam Nandan Sahay & Ors. (CWJC No.18336/2010), & also supply the detail

Patna High Court CWJC No.2 of 2022 dt.22-02-2024 2/2 calculations charts."

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has retired from the post of Reader and some arrears was not paid to the petitioner. The College has already sent the detail claim before the University for payment of arrears of the petitioner to the tune of Rs.8,33,320/-, which is clear from Annexure-8 of the writ application.

Considering the aforesaid facts and the fact that the representation of the petitioner is also pending before the University, this writ application is disposed of with a direction to the University to dispose of the representation of the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of production of a copy of this order by a reasoned and speaking order and make available the calculation chart to the petitioner and pay the admitted arrears of the petitioner.
