1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this is the second attempt of the petitioner to seek regular bail as the petitioner had earlier moved before this Court seeking regular bail by filing Cr. Misc. No. 72926 of 2024 and the same came to be rejected by an order dated 18.01.2025. It is fairly submitted that the trial has commenced and the witnesses are being examined and till date three witnesses have been examined.

4. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties, the Court is not inclined to release the petitioner on bail since

No. 537 of 2024 along with 59 of 2025 arising out of Mahua P.S. Case No. 692 of 2023 pending in the Court of learned 15th Additional District Judge, Vaishali at Hajipur/Successor Court.
