JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 15-10-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 3(1) (x) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. The prosecution case is that the petitioner and others abused the informant and assaulted with fists and slaps. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that since the wife of the informant is 'Panchayat Mukhiya" against whom the family members of the petitioner's side contested, hence, the accusation has been levelled.

Considering the nature of accusation, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45032 of 2015 (2) dt.15-10-2015 2/2 of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Ara in connection with Tarari P.S. Case No.53 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
