The petitioner is in custody since 11.08.2019 in connection with Excise Case No. 512 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 30 (a) (c) of the Bihar Wine Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the alleged recoveries were not from his conscious possession but near the bank of the canal. It is further submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
