JUSTICE SHAILENDRA SINGH ORAL ORDER 01-09-2025 After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition with a liberty to file an appeal before the Commissioner under the Bihar Land Disputes Resolution Act, 2009.
2. Permission as sought above is granted and the petitioner is given a liberty to file an appeal against the order dated 10.08.2016 passed by the Deputy Collector, Land Reforms, Paliganj Patna and if he avails such liberty within next three weeks then the learned Commissioner shall decide the
Patna High Court CWJC No.21341 of 2021(3) dt.01-09-2025 2/2 case of the petitioner on merit as per the provisions of prevalent law and shall not dismiss the same solely on the ground of limitation.
