One stolen motorcycle is said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner but at the time of the aforesaid recovery, petitioner disclosed that he had purchased the aforesaid motorcycle from one Abhishek Kumar @ Ripu.

Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Krishna Gopal, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Jehanabad/ concerned court in Makhdumpur P.S. Case no. 189/2015.
