This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.

Allegation is that 36 cartons of Nepali liquor was recovered from the possession of eight persons, including the petitioners.

Submission of the petitioners is that co-accused, Sunil Sah and Mukhtar Sahni, have already been allowed bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 10314 of 2017. Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Case No. C2/22/17 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi, or successor Court on completion of four months in custody.
