For issuance of a direction to grant the financial benefit arising out of 1st Assured Carrier Progression (in short 'A.C.P.') to the petitioner w.e.f. year 2000 which has been decided to be given and

ii. For issuance of a direction to grant the benefit of 2nd ACP may be directed to be given to the petitioners in view of decision taken by the Patna Municipal Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "Corporation") in its meeting dated 29.04.2021.

iii. For issuance of a direction to pay the due amount with admissible interest."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the Municipal Commissioner, Patna Municipal Corporation, Patna for redressal of their aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case the petitioners approach the Municipal Commissioner, Patna Municipal Corporation, Patna, by filing appropriate representation, within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be disposed of by a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks, thereafter.
