This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 498A, 323, 341, 504 and 494/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is ready for restoration of conjugal life. This is a case under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code.

In the circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on provisional bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Complaint Case No. 40(C) of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, III, Hilsa, Nalanda, or successor Court.
