S. Case No. 69 of 2013 corresponding to Special Case No. 40 of 2013 registered under Sections 409 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code as also Section 13(2) read with 13(1) (e) of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State, learned counsel for Vigilance and

Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.1016 of 2015 dt.25-02-2016 2/2 perused the FIR as contained in Annexure-1 to the present application. The allegations made therein do attract ingredients of a cognizable offence.

In that view of the matter, the application, being devoid of any merit, is hereby dismissed.
