20-07-2017 Heard Sri Ansul, learned counsel for petitioners and Sri Ashok Kumar Singh, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. Three petitioners, who are father-in-law, mother-inlaw and younger brother of the husband of the deceased respectively, have prayed for grant of anticipatory bail in Madhuban P.S. Case No. 309 of 2016 registered for offence under Sections 304(B)/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for petitioners submits that it was a case of natural death and thereafter, the deceased (daughter of the informant) was cremated, but subsequently, on false accusation, the present F.I.R. was lodged, whereas, learned Addl. Public

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17920 of 2017 (2) dt.20-07-2017 2/2 Prosecutor, by way of referring to F.I.R., submits that in the F.I.R. itself, there is specific accusation against all the accused persons. Considering the nature of accusation, as made in the F.I.R., there is no question for extending the privilege of anticipatory bail.
