This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and 30(a) of the Bihar Excise Act, 2016. Ninety-eight liters of liquor has been recovered from the auto-rickshaw on which the petitioner was travelling. The petitioner is in custody since 08.02.2017. Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Busar (M) P.S. Case No. 24 of 2017 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar, or successor Court on completion of four months in custody. (Birendra Kumar, J) SA/- U √ T √
