The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Chhatapur P.S. Case No. 275 of 2018, registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner assaulted the father of the informant by means of Farsa on his thigh.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that both the parties are co-villagers and there is land dispute between them. He further submits that the injury caused to the father of the informant has been found near his right hip. After having heard learned counsel for the parties and

No.58063 of 2019(2) dt.13-09-2019 2/2 taking into consideration the fact that both the parties are covillagers, there is land dispute between them and injury caused to the father of the informant is simple in nature, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. This application is, accordingly, allowed.
Let the petitioner, abovenamed, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial MagistrateIV, Supaul, in connection with Chhatapur P.S.
