The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Azamnagar P.S. Case No. 91 of 2022 registered under Sections 363, 366 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case only on the basis of suspicion. Further he submits that in the instant case, the first information report is lodged after lapse of one month. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below
