The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mahila Police Station Case No 33 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Sections 376, 313/34 of Indian Penal Code pending in the Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate I, Gaya. As per written report, this petitioner, after death of the husband of the informant, established physical relationship with the informant on the pretext of performing marriage with her and she became pregnant but later on this petitioner, with other coaccused persons, pressurized her for abortion and forcibly administered medicine causing abortion of the child. Informant made complain at Pariwar Pramarsh Kendra, Gaya where this

In this manner, there is specific allegation against the petitioner in the written report, as stated above. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Prayer is rejected.
