2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 354, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, all the F.I.R. named accused persons including these petitioners, due to property dispute, assaulted informant by means of iron rod, bamboo & brick, due to which, she sustained injuries. It is further alleged that when son and daughter of informant came to save informant, they were also assaulted by accused persons.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners and informant side are own Gotiyas and on a petty dispute, a free fight took place between the parties, in which, both sides sustained injuries. There is case and counter case. Allegation of assault is general and omnibus. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate 1st, Hilsa, District Nalanda in connection with Chandi P.S. Case No. 269 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
