This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner was caught along with stolen cow of the informant.

Submission of the petitioner is that since the petitioner was a domestic help of the informant, for some dispute, relating to non-payment of wages, the present false case has been lodged. First information report is against unknown and suspicion is against some other persons. The petitioner has sated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 28.02.2017. Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18340 of 2017 (2) dt.24-04-2017 2/2 above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Sahajitpur P.S. Case No. 16 of 2017 to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, VIII, Saran at Chapra, or successor Court.
