In the today's counter affidavit, filed on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1-3, it is stated that now the State Government has send a requisition to the Bihar Technical Staff Selection Commission for filling up 101 posts of Ayush Physicians (Ayurvedic), 160 posts of Ayurvedic Medical Officers, 100 posts of Homeopathic Medical Officers, 61 posts of Ayush Physicians (Unani) and 94 posts of Unani Medical Officers in respective Ayurvedic Medical Colleges.
Under the circumstances, the present application stands disposed off at this stage by directing the Bihar Technical Staff Selection Commission as well as the State Government to complete the process of filling up the aforesaid posts and the State Government is directed to see that the actual appointments on merits are made within a period of six months from today. The State Government is directed to send a copy of this order to the Secretary, Bihar Technical Staff Selection Commission to complete the recruitment process, and send the recommendation to the State Government, so that the actual appointments on the aforesaid posts be made within a period of six months from today, as directed hereinabove.
With the aforesaid observation/direction, this writ
