Patna High Court MJC No.1032 of 2018 dt.08-09-2023 2/3 Heard Mr. Mohammed Abu Haider, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners and Mr. Vikas Kumar, learned counsel for the Biscomaun.
2. Mr. Kumar, learned counsel for the Biscomaun submits that in compliance of the order of this Hon'ble Court, the amount has been calculated at the rate of 10 per cent of the remaining dues and the same has been paid to the petitioners. He further submits that currently Biscomaun is facing acute financial crisis and, as such, some more time is required to ensure the rest of the payment in six monthly installment for paying the rest of the dues of the petitioners.
3. The copy of the show-cause has been duly served upon the learned counsel for the petitioners and the cheques for the amount as mentioned in paragraph no. 1 of the show-cause have been handed over to the counsel for the petitioners, which have been accepted by him.
4. In view of the part payments made herein, and the undertaking given before this Court as enumerated in paragraph no. 4 of the show-cause, the present contempt petition stands disposed of.
5. Mr. Vikas Kumar, further submits that on account of some technical glitches, the copy of the show-cause could not
