JUSTICE RAMESH KUMAR DATTA) 09-04-2015 Mr. Rajendra Narain, Senior Advocate appearing with Mr. Anil Kumar No.6, Advocate-on-Record for the petitioners, seeks permission to withdraw the present contempt application seeking a liberty to file a fresh contempt application with respect to the order that he claims to have been actually willfully disobeyed by the opposite parties.

The contempt application is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any view with regard to maintainability of any such application to be filed by the petitioners.
