2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Patna Excise P.S. Case No. 1615 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a), 30(g), 32 & 56(b) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

3. Recovery is of 42 litres of illicit codin syrup.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is a person of clean antecedent and he has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner is under custody since 10.07.2024.

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the
