The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in Kudra P.S. case No.75 of 2009 registered under Section 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending before the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhabhua (Kaimur).

This is the third application for anticipatory bail, which according to me is not maintainable.
