ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 15-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered under Section 304 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the nature of allegations and the fair antecedents of the Petitioner, let the petitioner above named be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order in connection with Complaint case No.7C of 2014 arising out of Munger Kotwali P.S. case No.124 of 2012 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.5,000/- (five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri R.R. Santosh Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Munger, subject to
