2. The prayer for bail of the petitioners was earlier rejected on 21.07.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 38982 of 2023 with liberty to the petitioners that they may renew their prayer for bail after the deposition of the victim girl.

3. The deposition of the victim girl has been brought on record by the petitioners and from the same, it appears that in her deposition she has given a complete go-bye to the prosecution case.

4. In that view of the matter, the application is allowed.

Accordingly, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Court of POCSO-cumAdditional District and Sessions Judge, VIth, Gaya in connection with Chakand P.S. Case No. 140 of 2023, subject to the condition that the petitioners will also mark attendance in Chakand Police Station, District- Gaya, on the first Sunday of each month.
