Petitioner is accused in connection with Jehanabad (Karauna) P.S. Case No. 95 of 2016 registered for the offences under Sections 435, 427, 385, 34 of the I.P.C. and sections 16, 18, 20, 21 and 22 of U.A.P. Act, 1967.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the first information report. He has been implicated in this case on confessional statement of co-accused. Petitioner is engaged in driving vehicle for survival of livelihood. It is submitted that petitioner is in custody since 16.12.2016. similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court vide orders dated 21.12.2016 and 17.01.2017 passed in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17483 of 2017 (2) dt.02-05-2017 2/2 Cr. Misc. Nos. 45108 of 2016 and 54226 of 2016 respectively. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Jehanabad (Karauna) P.S. Case No. 95 of 2016 .
