2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

"for initiation of contempt proceeding against the contemnors/opposite parties for their

Patna High Court MJC No.2180 of 2022(3) dt.05-05-2026 2/2 willful disobedience of the order dated 25.07.2022 passed in CWJC No. 12450 of 2018."

3. Learned State Counsel has taken this Court to paragraph 18 which read as under:

That thus, in the light of said decision of the Disciplinary Authority vide departmental order No.13251 dated 18.07.2025, the full 100% pension of the petitioner, Sri Raj Nandan Kumar Shyamla has been deducted permanently and communicated to all concerned for their information and necessary action in this regard, which is by all means just and proper to ban the high handed behavior of the petitioner and others.

4. Submission is that the petitioner now stands convicted by learned Sessions Judge, Vigilance Patna on 15.01.2025 and is now in appeal.

5. In that background, the submission is that so far as contempt part is concerned, it has become infructuous.

6. Taking into account the aforesaid facts, MJC No. 2180 of 2022 stands disposed of.
