Patna High Court LPA No.581 of 2017 dt.28-03-2018 2/2 and against the order passed in C.W.J.C. No. 13497 of 2016 the State of Bihar had filed L.P.A. No. 582 of 2017 and a coordinate Bench of this Court on 13.09.2017 has disposed of the matter by a detailed order passed.
