2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 467, 468, 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a), 32, 36 and 41 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. 436.920 liters of illicit foreign liquor has been recovered from seized car.

4. Petitioner has been made accused in this case merely because his motorcycle was parked near the place of recovery. There is no recovery from the motorcycle of the petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Considering the nature of allegation and clean antecedent of petitioner, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks
