Petitioner is not named in the first information report and his name came in this case in the confessional statement of co-accused Bipin Sharma @ Bipin Kumar Sharma who has been granted privilege of bail by this court order dated 29.08.2013 passed in Cr Misc. no.10775/2013.

Although petitioner carries chequered history of criminal cases but in the present case, except confessional statement of coaccused, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri V.N. Prasad, Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in Salakhua Itahari O.P.) P.S. Case no. 220/2012

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.310 of 2015 (2) dt.09-01-2015 subject to condition that he shall make his presence before officer-incharge of Salakhua police station in the first week of each month and after his appearance, officer-in-charge of Salakhua police station shall issue certificate to this effect which shall be produced by the petitioner before the trial court.
