Considering the report, learned trial court is directed to obtain the F.S.L. report and office of this Court is directed to return the F.S.L. report to Director, F.S.L. Patna within two weeks, so that the same may be produced before the trial court and Director, F.S.L. ,Patna is directed to produce the same once it is received from this Court before the trial court within one month and learned trial court is further directed to conclude the trial expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months.
