The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Saraiya P.S. Case No. 422 of 2022 registered under Sections 376 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further he submits that in the instant case, first information report is lodged after lapse of three days. It is also submitted that there is no sign of rape in the medical report.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below
