The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Deepnagar P.S. Case No. 123 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 420 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant/complainant made allegation that the petitioners received money for marriage of Arvind Kumar with her daughter Nishi Kumari and later on they broke the negotiation. It is submitted that the petitioners are brothers-in-law of the groom they did not play any role and they are living separately.

Having considered the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioners are brothers-in-law of the groom, they, in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2920 of 2015 (2) dt.21-01-2015 event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda, Biharsharif in connection with Deepnagar P.S.
