2. The present petition has been filed for modification of the order dated 06.03.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 71911 of 2018 by correcting the name of the petitioner's husband as Jafirul Hak @ Jakirul Nadaf in place of Md. Daud.

3. Pursuant to the order dated 25.09.2019 a report has been received from the I/c. Additional Sessions Judge-VI, Madhubani, inter alia, confirming that the husband's name of the petitioner was stated as Jakirul Nadaf in anticipatory bail petition no. 1552 of 2018.

4. In the above circumstances and having regard to the statement made in the present modification petition, the order dated 06.03.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 71911 of 2018 is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58588 of 2019(3) dt.16-10-2019 2/2 modified only to the extent that the petitioner's husband's name be treated as corrected to read as Jafirul Hak @ Jakirul Nadaf in place of Md. Daud in the array of parties.

5. The modification petition stands allowed.
