2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 149, 341 , 323 , 324 , 353 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner, along with other co-accused persons, on the pretext of holding Dharna/Pardarshan, have blocked the main road crossing through Laxmipur market and thereby caused chaos and inconvenience to the local people.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is a general and omnibus allegation against this

Case No. 317 of 2023, dated July 11, 2023, which lodged by the fatehr of victim. The petitioners were holding peaceful dharna with demand to register the FIR. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition of the petitioner.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-IInd, Jamui in connection with Laxmipur P.S. case No. 316 of 2023 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
