JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 06-02-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner, who is in custody in connection with Madanpur P.S. Case No. 40 of 2000 for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 27 of the Arms Act and Section 17 of the Criminal Law Amendment Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 24.06.2019. He further submits that there is no specific allegation of any overt act against the petitioner. He submits that the petitioner is a practising Advocate in the Civil Court, Aurangabad.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and there is no specific allegation of any

The petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Civil Court, Aurangabad (Bihar) in connection with Madanpur P.S. Case No. 40 of 2000, subject to the condition that one of the bailors shall be an Advocate practising in the Civil Court, Aurangabad.
