Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner is in custody in connection with Bikram P.S. Case No. 290 of 2017 for the offenses under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is a delay of two days in lodging F.I.R. Seizure list was not prepared in accordance with the mandatory provisions of Section 100 Cr.P.C. He further submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The petitioner is in custody since 21.06.2019.
