The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

The police got information that some persons have assembled near petrol pump for selling a stolen truck the police reached at the place and apprehended five persons including the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was returning to his house but he was arrested illegally. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in jail since 11.07.2014.

Haviing considered the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he has remained in jail for

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2959 of 2015 (2) dt.22-01-2015 2/2 more than six months, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Rajesh Pandey, J.M. Ist Class, Vaishali at Hajipur in Tisiauta P.S. Case No. 49 of 2014.
