The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 477 of 2022 registered under Sections 363, 366(A), 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. From perusal of Annexure-2 and 3 (Marriage Certificate), it is apparent that the victim girl is a major lady and got married with the co-accused Md. Naushad and residing with him as husband and wife. Further he submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Case No. 477 of 2022, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
