The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Natwar P.S. Case No. 121 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 354, 366(a), 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, one Pinky Kumari had earlier filed a case against one Rahul Rai of kidnapping. The petitioner along with other accused persons came to the house of the informant and tried to take the informant away to the police station for changing her statement that Rahul Rai had not kidnapped her, when she refused, the criminals assaulted and threatened her with rape.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

Considering the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bikramganj (Rohtas) in connection with Natwar P.S. Case No. 121 of 2022. The petitioner will visit Natwar Police Station on the 1st and 3rd Sunday and of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
