Petitioner is in custody since 02.04.2016 in connection with Maranchi P.S. Case No. 18 of 2016 registered under Sections 498(A), 304(B), 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the D.P. Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner who is of clean antecedent is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the petitioner happens to be husband of the deceased has been implicated in this case merely on the ground of suspicion and no specific over act is attributed to him. Moreover, final form has already been submitted by the police in this case and the petitioner is rotting in custody for the 19 months. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let

No.16161 of 2017 (7) dt.14-11-2017 the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand rupees only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate1st Class, Barh, Patna in connection with Maranchi P.S.
