2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

"for initiation of contempt proceeding against the contemnors/opposite parties for their

Patna High Court MJC No.3221 of 2018(4) dt.06-05-2026 2/2 willful disobedience of the order dated 20.11.2014 passed in CWJC No. 11599 of 2013."

3. A show cause has come on behalf of the opposite party and learned State Counsel has taken this Court to paragraph 4 to show that the land of petitioner, Sachchi Devi has not been utilised for the construction.

4. Granting liberty to the petitioner to agitate the matter, if any grievance still remains, the present contempt petition stands disposed of.
