Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Turkauliya (Raghunathpur) P.S. Case No. 647 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under sections 447, 448, 323, 324, 376, 511, 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. The present informant is wife of Chhote Lal Sahani who

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63193 of 2019(2) dt.18-10-2019 2/2 is full brother of petitioner no. 2. There is admitted land dispute between the parties. There is no injury report on the record to support the allegations levelled. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Turkauliya (Raghunathpur) P.S. Case No. 647 of 2017 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
