JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 12-12-2022 Though the present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondent no. 2 i.e. the District Magistrate, Bettiah cum President District Disaster Management Committee, West Champaran at Bettiah for making payment of ex-gratia amount in lieu of death of the husband of the petitioner, due to Covid-19 infection, at Government Medical College & Hospital (Bettiah), however, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent no. 2 for redressal of her aforesaid grievance. Liberty so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case, appropriate
